Rethinking How To Evaluate DMPs: Funder’s Edition

This is the first OSTrails webinar in the maDMP Evaluation Webinar Series, which explores how Data Management Plans (DMPs) are assessed and designed across diverse research contexts and stakeholder needs. 

In this edition, we are partnering with the TIER2 project—an initiative focused on enhancing reproducibility in DMPs—to share insights from our community engagement activities.

This webinar is dedicated to research funders, with a special focus on the Horizon Europe DMP template as a case study. We will present the DMP Evaluation Framework, developed to support the semi-automated assessment of structured, machine-actionable DMPs.

The session will demonstrate its practical application and invite funders to provide feedback through a short survey, helping us further refine and validate our approach.
