RDA 23rd Plenary Meeting at San José, Costa Rica (Hybrid)

Hosted by Consejo Nacional de Rectores (CONARE) in collaboration with University of Costa Rica (UCR), Tecnológico de Costa Rica (TEC), Universidad Nacional (UNA), Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED), Universidad Técnica Nacional (UTN), a three-day hybrid conference will bring together leaders from around the world to tackle some of the biggest data challenges and questions we face today, to share new ideas and explore best practices in using data.

Elli (DC), Tomasz (TM) and Marek (WPL) co-chairs of the Active DMPs and DMP Common Standard groups are holding a session at the RDA Plenary Meeting in Costa Rica. They will present the our preliminary results on pathways and interoperability frameworks (D1.1: Plan-Track-Assess Pathways, M4_Interim Products Establishment for Cross-Task Collaboration) as well as communicate our efforts to establish the common maDMPs API WG in the coming year. Our session offers a great opportunity to exchange insights on maDMPs with other regions of the world, most prominently being the USA. Our project is committed to advancing maDMPs as evident in the Salzburg Manifesto (OSTrails’ partners co-authored and signed the Salzburg Manifesto on Machine Actionable Data Management Plans - OSTrails) that was co-authored by our partners.
