The EARMA Annual Conference 2026 brings together research managers and administrators from across Europe and beyond. This year’s theme, “Empowering Research Managers and Administrators as Leaders for Impact”, highlights the role of leadership in research and administration, showing how RMAs contribute to research with real societal impact.
